Our Promise to You
ValidHub is built on privacy. When you use our Verified Review feature, your receipt is processed locally on your device using Zero-Knowledge technology. We verify that you bought the item, but we do not store the receipt file itself.
1. Eligibility & Conduct
You agree that you are a human being over the age of 18. By posting a review, you certify that:
- Your review is based on a genuine experience with the business.
- You have not been offered payment or incentives to write this review.
- You are not a competitor of the business you are reviewing.
- You are not an employee or family member of the business owners.
2. Content Guidelines
ValidHub values free speech, but we prohibit content that includes:
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
- Private information (doxing) of individuals.
- Spam, advertising, or promotional links.
- False statements intended to defame.
3. Verification & Privacy
To receive a "Verified Buyer" badge, you must provide a valid digital receipt. ValidHub uses client-side verification. You acknowledge that while we verify the origin of the receipt, the contents (what you bought) remain private unless you choose to disclose them in your review text.
4. License to Content
You retain ownership of your text. However, by posting on ValidHub, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, translate, and distribute your review on our platform and our partners' sites (including the business's own website via our widgets).
